Be part of the largest nighttime parade in the Northeast as the Schenectady Holiday Parade celebrates its 54th year! This year's theme is a New York State of Mind and is presented by the city and county of Schenectady.
This year parade goers can expect an evening of Holiday fun, food and music that will turn downtown Schenectady into a winter wonderland.

PRE-PARADE BLOCK PARTY
- Starting at 3pm
- 400 State Street
- LIVE music from The Rogues
- Ice sculpture carved LIVE on Jay Street
- Free kids activities and family crafts
- Festive food and beverage vendors
PARADE
- Steps off at 5pm from Schenectady County Community College and heads down State Street
- Marching bands, firetrucks, sparkling floats, glittering firetrucks and an appearance from Santa himself!
- Members of the New York Air National Guard 109th Airlift Wing are this year's honorary grand marshal.
